The host was great. Wonderful communication. House was perfect. Very clean and cozy. If you are needing a house and enjoy peace and quiet this is the place!!
First time we did Christmas away from the rest of the family (we have a huge family). But when we got their and saw this beautiful place I felt better. Cozy and warm with all the amenities you need. The beds where very comfortable. The cleanness of the place is awesome. The huge yard was nice with the fire pit and they even had games. The host was in touch with me to make sure everything was good. I left very relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place. If you want to relax, have piece of mind and tranquillity this is the place. Near by you have downtown Dade City with great restaurants and shops. Honestly best vacation accommodations in a long time.

Hi, I’m Dylan. I’m a 4th-generation Floridian who loves spending time with my beautiful wife, daughter, and our golden retriever, June. Hosting gives me the chance to share a comfortable, welcoming space with guests and create the kind of experience I appreciate when I travel. Why they chose this property
I love this house because it’s peaceful, safe, and incredibly convenient. Everything you need is close by — restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and easy access to main roads. It’s a great area for families, evening walks, and anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay without being far from anything.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is its age and character. At 103 years old, it has a timeless feel, cozy atmosphere, and small touches you only find in historic homes. I’ve kept its original wood floors, preserving the home’s charm, while also making thoughtful updates to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
