Easy check in. Good and timely communication.The house is in a nice safe area. When we first arrived noted that the wifi password provided wasn’t working. One call to the host and that was resolved. The only reason why I’m not rating it 5 stars is due to the minor inconveniences we experienced. With 13 people staying the weekend, No towels were provided except for 3 sets in the downstairs master bathroom. The host advised the cleaner had not replaced them on accident. The back patio was spacious but we couldn’t use it because one of the large screens was missing so we were fighting bugs at sundown. The host advised it was being replaced. Lastly, although comfortable, all the beds are very high off the ground. An elderly member of our party had issues getting into and out of the bed unassisted. Also, with nowhere to sit to put on shoes in the upstairs bedrooms it was a hassle. Overall, the house was clean, well furnished and had everything we were looking for in a short family weekend trip. It was close to Publix, Target, Starbucks and a host of other restaurants.

Nice, clean home and neighborhood. Minor things made our stay frustrating. House key thin and broke on first attempt. Prefer keypads so I don't have to worry about losing a small key. Terrible shower heads and mattresses, including the master bedroom. Not kid friendly except for TV. Had to change 1 shower head ourselves with instructions from host and completely remove shower head in master bathroom. None of the outlets in all bathrooms worked. Host/ manager agreed it might have been a breaker problem but did nothing to help the situation. We had to do hair at event bathroom, because we had no mirrors except in the bathrooms. Was frustrating. TV's new, but very small and were not set up. We were given the wrong password for Wi-Fi that made it more challenging. Sliding glass door in kitchen does not lock. There is a lock on the outer mesh/ screen door. We were reassured the neighborhood is very safe. We stayed primarily to get dress to attend a family event. Wasted a lot of time trying to contact the host to get things sorted out. I would also advise guest to bring their own body wash and products. Would have given a better rating otherwise.
