Why they chose this property
The Well Point neighborhood is brand new, and an easy 5min ride to the newly built Eastport Center. It's also a leisurely 15min drive to Brownwood Center (Erin's favorite!). Surrounded by both adult only & family friendly pools, a brand new golf course, and beautiful nature trails, it feels like the perfect spot.
