Welcome to our 1950 home, Pieces of Palm Springs, our neighborhood offers an old school vibe with both new and older homes. One of the very few neighborhoods left that offers a Palatero man (ice cream man), fresh fruit truck, next to one of the best Mexican restaurants around: Jalisco Mexican food along with the famous Windmill Market. You're surrounded by Mountain View's from front and backside of home. It's truly your little oasis getaway.Your North Palm Springs adventure begins at this 2-bedroom house. Step inside to find a charming space featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, perfect for families or friends. The house offers two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for added convenience. Guests can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere with heating and air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this quaint retreat provides a welcoming home base. when you pull up to the neighborhood it seems like you might be in the wrong spot, slightly industrial vibe mobile home type hood which I was a bit thrown off by but once you get there and through the gate it's an awesome back yard area completely upgraded and remodeled,super safe, alarms on doors and windows and you can't get into the property at all unless you know the gate code. bathrooms are squeaky clean new and all new appliances and little touches all over the house! adorable! there were 3 of us working a coachella ob and there are 2 beds in each room and I will say the most comfy beds ever. It was perfect and super easy and great entry directions.
