This charming home sits at the top of short of the golf course short range, with fabulous view of the marina, lake and main clubhouse. It offers three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms and generous living room, dining room and kitchen all on one floor.
The porch is the perfect place to soak up early morning sun, enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or have a glass of wine as the sun sets overlooking the lake. Take a soak in the new deep seated bathtub, cook breakfast or dinner in the newly fully renovated and fully equipped high end kitchen.
Enjoy all club activities, 18-hole Golf course, Tennis, Croquet, or swim in the pool with a Temporary membership of $150 for a club account, is available upon request. Season runs mid April until Thanksgiving.
Being centrally located explore all the year round outdoor hiking trails, waterfalls and charming towns close by like Cashiers, Sapphire, Brevard, Pisgah Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway.
