Condo is nestled in quiet and private space with recreation activities short walks within. Pool and jacuzzi right off patio, tennis courts and golf course a few steps further. Quiet walking streets. Gated community nestled in hub of Palm Springs city and sites. Views of mountains on all sides.

What makes this property unique

This condo is light and airy with spectacular views. The furniture and amenities are comfortable if not luxurious, in midcentury manor. Entertaining, working and relaxing are accommodated in each living space. A sunken living room and ac keep temperatures perfect. Two deck/patios to choose from. Lots of light from glass doors and windows. A garage to park and obtain entry. New commercial sized laundry set. Close to Palm Springs airport and central spot for all Coachella Valley businesses and events.
