We had a wonderful 4 week stay at this modern, clean and extremely well equipped townhouse. Great to be so close to many good restaurants, and to Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou Park for exercising, Easy communication with the host, Donna. I very highly recommended this property.

The home is beautifully furnished. All bedrooms are spacious with everything we needed in the en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and living space is great. We had good communication with the host.

The property is a new prperrty and looks it from all aspects. Layout is great, furnishings perfect, beds great and the hosts couldn't be more communicative or accomodative. We were there for 6 weeks and we had ZERO complaints. We typically stay in upper end hotels but due to the length os stay opted to go through VRBO, since we have not done it often we had reservations but this property met and exceeded all of our hopes. I would give it a grade of 11 on a scale to 10 if it was possible.

What a wonderful home! The host was lovely, incredibly responsive, and considered every little detail to make our stay cozy and feel like home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The home matched the online photos and description exactly. The location was perfect for us and within walking distance to many delicious restaurants. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely property and designed so well with finishings to make any stay perfect. Donna was lovely to deal with and the packet of information was detailed. There is a nice little park steps away and easy access to the surrounding areas. Rice Village was fifteen minutes away, trader joes, and many great restaurants. We looked for a long time and so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to stay. Lots of stairs to the main area and bedrooms but seems to be the trend in housing in the Houston area. Would definitely recommend highly and would stay again.
