Welcome to Evergreen Cabin, a new and amenity-packed retreat perfect for family getaways or large group gatherings of up to 18 guests. Whether you're seeking adventure at nearby attractions or wish to indulge in rustic comfort, our cabin offers the best of both worlds. We are excited to welcome you to what we believe is the best new cabin in Sevierville!
Jump into the private indoor heated or chilled pool, challenge your friends to a game on the pickleball court, or unwind in the hot tub surrounded by twinkling lights. In the evening, you can cozy up by the stone fireplace or gather around the large fire pit. With its Smoky Mountain style and luxurious comfort, Evergreen Cabin is your perfect getaway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 18)
• **Bedroom 1 (Primary):** King bed, 65" Smart TV, full ensuite bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower, and black-out curtains.
• **Bedroom 2:** Two twin over twin bunk beds, 65" Smart TV, and black-out curtains.
• **Bedroom 3:** Full bed, 65" Smart TV, and black-out curtains.
• **Bedroom 4:** Queen bed, 65" Smart TV, black-out curtains, and a private exterior entrance.
• **Bedroom 5 (Game Loft):** Two queen beds, each with a twin trundle (4 mattresses total), 65" Smart TV, foosball table, and an air hockey table.
• **Three Full Bathrooms & Outdoor Shower:** Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels. Hair dryers are also provided.
Living, Dining & Kitchen
• **Living Room:** A large sectional sofa and armchair provide seating for everyone to relax in front of the huge 75" Smart TV and stone fireplace.
• **Chef’s Kitchen:** A fully-equipped kitchen featuring a new electric range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It includes all necessary cookware, a dual drip/Keurig coffee maker, and a grill set for the BBQ.
• **Dining Room:** Seating for 17+ guests between the large dining table and the oversized kitchen counter.
Entertainment & Outdoor Areas
• **Theater Room:** Enjoy a movie night in the dedicated theater with 9 reclining seats, a huge 95" Smart TV, and a pool table.
• **Outdoor Fun:** The property includes a full-size pickleball court with a basketball hoop, a large fire pit with seating for 12, and an outdoor dining area with stunning mountain views.
• **Family-Friendly:** We provide a Pack 'n Play, children's books, games, and kitchen utensils.
• **Connectivity:** High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

Getting Around


The property features a private driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is also a designated gravel area with room to park a boat or RV, which must be kept inside the gated area.

House Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:
• Maximum of 18 guests.
• Pets are allowed with an additional fee.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over. Guests under 25 may use it only with adult supervision. Alcohol is not permitted near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use at your own risk.
• For the indoor pool, no diving is allowed. All children under 18 must have an adult present at all times. The pool door has a security code and must be kept closed.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the decks. Important Information
• **Starter Kit:** We provide a starter kit of paper goods for your convenience. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during their stay.
• **Supplies Not Provided:** We do not provide firewood for the fire pit or propane for the upper deck BBQ grill (a tank is provided for you to fill).
• **Refunds:** We cannot issue refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance.
• **Security:** For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior cameras monitoring the driveway, gates, and side yards.
