• REPEAT GUESTS with PET: Message us for your PREFERRED PET DISCOUNT!
• Please respond to messages as communication is important to us.
• You must be at least 25 yrs old to book our home or a RENTAL LEASE is required.
• Entrance is through the back door only. The backyard is fenced and patio area is secure.
• Added security features such as a video doorbell, a back door security peephole, and security cameras are there for your safety and peace of mind (outside monitored & recorded 24/7).
• This home has not been designed for young children. The large TV is on a stand and not secured to the wall. There are no furniture anchors, Pack 'n Plays, etc. We leave the decision to bring children up to our guests. By staying at Edgewood Place, you accept all risk and responsibility associated with having children/pets on the property. Please make sure everyone is safe and secure at all times.

The home is nice and quiet. The fenced in patio area is inviting and cozy. The shared driveway is large and easy to navigate and down the street is everything from Starbucks, West Elm, to an abundance of dining options.
