Perfectly positioned in one of the quiet little streets, leading up to the beach this is a very desirable spot. The home is ideal for relaxing in style with a large undercover deck area that comes from the open plan kitchen and dining space. You can open all the glass doors back to make a spacious indoor-outdoor feel, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing beverage in the afternoon. The home is architecturally designed with two separate living areas, modern bathrooms, and laundry, and a stunning kitchen.

Three bedrooms with a king size bed in the main plus television and ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has two king singles. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as built in wardrobes. Linen is provided at this property.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen, opening up onto a huge balcony to take in the beach breezes and view. Kitchen has an induction cooktop plus everything else required.
There is also another television room downstairs - great for the teenagers, as well as a powder room at this level and a double garage.
Laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer, there is also a Weber BBQ.
The garbage bins are located at the bottom of Ascot Ave.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indie Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Excellent property with perfect location

The townhouse is as advertised and it's location is great. The property is beautiful, immaculate and has everything that you would need plus more. It had all the charm and comforts expected for a restful and relaxing getaway by the beach. They have gone to great lengths to ensure nothing has been overlooked. The location was superb, only a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately during our stay it rained during the majority of it but we still took advantage of everything Avoca Beach had to offer. My partner and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend
