The 71.42 m² property features a suite with a KING BED, a bedroom with two SINGLE BEDS, and a living room equipped with a 45" Smart TV, as well as a balcony with a POOL and BARBECUE GRILL. All bedrooms are equipped with SPLIT AC (COOL ONLY).

IMPORTANT!

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

3º - In this unit, the private pool is cleaned weekly by a condominium employee, ensuring its maintenance and hygiene.

All beds come with full bedding.
Each guest receives one bath towel and one face towel.

The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
