Strategically located near EDSA crossing near SM Mega Mall, SHANGRILA, and STAR shopping malls. Located along N. Domingo St., Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. The 2BR 2 BA 624 square feet has TV cable, and WIFI. The living room has 4k smart tv which you can watch Youtube or Netflix. Security is tight within the condominium complex and needs to be initially escorted to get inside the cpmplex. The condominium is equipped with kitchen-tableware, cutlery, pans, casserole, microwave ,and refrigerator. Within the complex are commercial restaurants, and supermarkets. Use of pool is 80 pesos per guest per day. Guests will use back entrance of the condo as only the owners are allowed to use the front gate.

Place is great! Just step out of your unit building- grocery, salon, laundrymat, church, coffee shop. Security round the clock and very courteous! Host niece was very responsive! Place was clean and cozy! To use the pool have to pay 100 pesos and limit is 4ppl. We didn’t use the pool since it was always raining. The washer was broken and was informed when we got there. Not a problem since there was laundromat right in front of the building. Overall, excellent stay! Would definitely come back and rent this place again

First time a great time

This my first time staying somewhere else other than a hotel. My experience overall was very good. Everything is as communicated. The property is good and the host is great. The area is good it has stores and restaurants near by and there are plenty of malls not so far. My only recommendation is to install black out curtains in the master bedroom since light starts to come early in the morning.

A gem

The unit is in the California Garden, which is in the heart of Mandaluyong. SM Mega Mall is walking distance to the unit, or just a short ride on Grab, it is also a short ride to GBC. California Garden has everything you want from laundry facility, food/restaurant, convince story and massage with in the development. You definitely feel secure within the campus with security guard at both entrances and at all the building lobbies. In fact you can see residence walking around in the early morning before the sunrise. Right outside the campus, there is a Robinson's grocery store and restaurants. We ate at least 5 times at the Tapa King. But if you want to cook the condo has everything that you want. PS as a bonus the condo is supplied with a 5 gallon filtered water. I would recommend this condo. Communication to the owner and his host is the best, the respond to every question and request. It was a pleasure staying at the condo.

Clean, fun and easy

Traveling can be a pain, but not this time! The host provided all the information for an easy check-in and also sent occasional notes about things to do and how to get around the area.
