A beautiful apartment facing the marina with balcony, master bedroom with smart TV and Netflix and en-suite bathroom. There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 king single facing the marina beds and guest bathroom with full laundry facilities.
During the day the sun sparkles on the water and at night the surrounding lights create a magical atmosphere.
Tea, milk, fresh ground coffee and an espresso coffee machine is provided.
This modern apartment has high quality fittings and is very clean, peaceful and secluded and is located on the second floor with views of the marina and lake.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and building security.
There is a wheelchair elevator at street level and the underground car par has a elevator to the apartment.
If there is no previous night booking you can check-in from 5.00 am and check out by 5.00 pm the next day. We will let you know when you book.
The entrance keys are available from a lock box using a 4 digit code provided prior to arrival.
The cleaning fee is payable and must be left on the kitchen bench in cash prior to check-out.

Great location and host

During our visit my wife became ill and required hospitalization. Paul and Marcela went above and beyond to make our stay as stress free as possible and assist us whenever we needed it.

Convenient to local cafes and shopping with delightful view of river. Plenty of exercise options for those feeling energetic. Area was quiet and apartment had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The only downside for those without a vehicle is slope up to local supermarket & public transport, and a ramp would be handy at front of building for those with mobility issues.

Loved it!

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful very comfortable and the location was ideal close to the city and beautiful view of the water. Loved the walking tracks around the river. Paul was a great host. I would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We look forward to warmly welcoming you to a special part of Melbourne. Maribyrnong is a hidden gem for its combination of marina, lake, river and wetlands.

Why they chose this property

The apartment building is set back from the Maribyrnong River, it has a walking and bike track.
A cafe, delicatessen, restaurant & hairdresser are conveniently located 50 metres on the opposite side of the Marina.
Approx. 500 metres, you will find an Aldi Supermarket and great restaurants including Thai, Japanese, Malaysian, Korean, international and even great fish and chips.
You can walk along the river or wait at the nearby bus stop to go Highpoint Shopping Centre

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by a jetty, river, walking trail and opposite a public golf course and tennis club.
It's a 5 minute walk to Flemington Racecourse and the Show Grounds.
The bus will also take you to Footscray Station where you can catch a train to the city. From the station it's only 10 minutes or 2 stops to arrive at the bottom end of historical, tree lined Collins Street in Melbourne.
The building has a wheelchair elevator from the street and an elevator from the underground car park to the apartment.
Take a 40 minute taxi or car hire ride from the Melbourne International Airport - Tullamarine Airport to the apartment.
