Everything in the rental was very clean and brand new. It was spacious even though it was only a studio. The rental had chairs and a cooler, which were much appreciated for beach activities. Getting into the rental was pretty seamless and I felt safe while traveling solo. The area has plenty of street parking and I never encountered issues with my rental car. My only negative was that there was no hot water. In reading the description of the property at first, that was not super obvious to me and when I checked a few days prior to arriving I found that the issue was disclosed but buried deep in the property description so you essentially had to go looking for the information. This should be more apparent in the property description. The water pressure was also not great. Otherwise, I’d recommend this rental.
