This one bedroom, two bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen sofa bed, and a bunk room with twin beds, making it ideal for families. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and wifi. Step out onto the balcony to catch breathtaking sunsets, relax on the 700-square-foot lazy river or in one of the seven pools that Destin West Beach & Bayside Resort has for guests. Beach service is included during summer season, you can easily access the beach and Gulf side pools using the pedestrian bridge. When you're ready to explore, you're minutes from top attractions like Wild Willie’s Adventure Zone, the Boardwalk, and the Gulfarium. Dining options abound with local favorites such as The Gulf, Stewby’s Seafood Shack, and Old Bay Steamer just around the corner.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels, This help the housekeeper get the unit ready quicker for the next guests.
Please check all drawers and closets before you leave. Shipping forgotten items takes lots extra time and comes with a $25 fee plus the cost of postage.
Make sure the ipod is docked. If you use the pack-n-play, clean and re-pack it. If a deep cleaning is needed, please let me know.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No food or drinks on beds
$20 fee for any missing wristband. On arrival, please make sure you have all 6 wristbands on the hanger.
I supply a few start-up supplies. We provide necessary linens. You will need your own shampoo, soap, trash bags, etc.
