My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations in Boerne. The location, the cleanliness, the extras provided and the hospitality of the Owner were indeed five star, which we greatly appreciated. If our travel plans include a visit to a Boerne next year, we will check to see first is this property is available.

Perfect location, the house was so clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect sized for our family and comfy beds as well. The backyard was an added bonus for our toddlers to play in! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Francis house! Everything is so well appointed and comfortable. No detail was spared and many extras available such as wide variety of kitchen items which made our stay very easy. The location is perfect, walked everywhere including great coffee shops and downtown main street and HEB. Quiet location with friendly neighbors, we felt the best of southern hospitality and recommend the Francis house for a fun weekend getaway or for a longer stay as we had as our home away from home. Thank you for welcoming us!
