I chose this neighborhood because it’s right in the mix of everything Philly has to offer. You’re close to Center City, near major universities, and surrounded by great food, nightlife, and different cultures all in one place. It’s easy to get around, there’s always something going on, and it just feels like real Philly. The vibe is active but comfortable. You’ll see students, professionals, and locals going about their day, and there’s always good food nearby. I like that everything is within reach — whether you’re heading out to explore, grab a bite, or just walk around the city, it’s all close, but the neighborhood still feels like a place you can relax.
