The room is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy no trash cans in restrooms be advised there no elevator theres a high flight of stairs you need to go thru to get to your room. Also, there was 2things that kept us from sleeping woke us up. Mothernature baby birds on the edge of window seal all night chirpping. and the homeless screaming up a storm right outside the corner of the parking lot of the premises. Which is very close by.

We appreciate you bringing the missing restroom trash cans to our attention our team has addressed that. As a historic property, The Raven does not have an elevator, and some of our accommodations do require stair access, which we note in our listing so guests can plan accordingly. We’re sorry that outside noise and the unexpected baby birds disrupted your sleep. While activity outside of the property is unfortunately beyond our control, we understand how frustrating it can be when it impacts your rest. We appreciate your feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy your time at The Raven.

What a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city! The mix of antique and modern furnishings were perfectly complemented. In a major heatwave and the unit was always cool and inviting. A delightful courtyard, with comfortable seating to sit and enjoy the evening or just to take a relaxing swim after a long day out. I would highly recommend getting on site parking, as that part of town is under a great deal of construction to renew and revitalize this particular area of Jacksonville. Your car is just safer in the gated parking. This property went above and beyond when they found out our reservations for another property had been canceled 24 hours before check in. I simply could not ask for better customer service. I would definitely stay here again.
