402 is very clean and modern looking. All appliances worked, the kitchen had everything needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The living room sofa and love seat not very comfortable, very low to the ground and could use an upgrade. Bathrooms looked great and worked great. The two viewing chairs were a plus for daytime views and the balcony was great for evening viewing. The views of the town below, of the farm, and the Bay of St. Paul are spectacular. Location of the building is great with everything minutes away down the hill. St Paul Bay is great and family friendly. Spent many a morning with coffee on the beach. The town is also easily walkable. Super C and IGA have all your grocery needs. My two kids enjoyed the pool. Two things put a damper on the trip. There is no central AC and just a wall unit in the main family room. The AC could not reach to the other side of the apartment where the bedrooms were. The temps were very hot and when asked if there was any fans on the property to use the answer was “no.” 5 out 7 nights my wife ended up sleeping on the family room couch instead of the bedroom. Also there was a known issue with the dead bolt on front door with a sticker on it saying “when locking pull door.” The strike plate is not aligned to receive the deadbolt properly. So you will spend a lot of time over and over and over trying to get the door to lock! Time, aggravation, and luck! Just fix it already. Should have fans and working lock for the price/ high fees
