A stylish three bedroom, two bath house in a quiet neighborhood with extra parking. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and leans towards a more modern design, with a few quirks here and there. It is only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the Boulder Dam Hotel—surrounded by all the local shops and restaurants. If staying in is more your thing, enjoy our spacious backyard and outdoor patio with the opportunity to grill.
