Lakeside House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Lakeside area of beautiful Chelan, Washington. This house is located just steps from the beach at Lakeside Park and the waters of Lake Chelan. Conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from charming downtown Chelan and several award winning wineries.
The front deck gets plenty of afternoon summer sun and offers terrific lake views. The fully fenced in backyard is perfect for kids and games. Our Lakeside house is well furnished with all bedrooms offering queen beds all with new memory foam mattresses. Sleeping up to 8 adults + 2 children and fully stocked with additional amenities such as, toiletries, games, bbq, beach chairs & towels, lawn games and more! Perfect for boaters, there is easy trailer parking and a boat launch just minutes down the road, or get a slip in town for the weekend.
The home is the private top floor of a two story building. The seperate lower floor is rented full time. The home features a private fully fenced courtyard, deck and 2 car carport. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with one bedroom being a walk through to the fourth bedroom.

We are a married couple who have lived in Washington State our entire lives and enjoy all the state has to offer for recreation and outdoor activities. We love to travel and spend time with our friends and family. We live in Bothell on Washington's West side just a 30 minute drive from Seattle.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this house because we love coming to Lake Chelan. For many years now we have been coming with our boat and camping on the lake. We finally made the decision to buy in Chelan because we love this town and all it has to offer. We are looking forward to getting to know the area even more by spending quality time here.
What makes this property unique
We chose this house because of it's proximity to the lake and town. It's so convenient to have our friends be able to walk to the dock at the Lakeside Park and pick them up in the boat for a day of fun on the lake. The back patio and yard is great for hanging out and playing some lawn games and the deck overlooking the lake for an evening BBQ and glass of wine from one of the great local wineries is the perfect way to end the day.
