We arrived early in Bentonville and tried to get in early. Texted the host and it was hours until a response was returned. It took a little bit to figure out the front door lock. Once figured out it was all good.The place was reasonable priced, clean and roomy.

Regarding the early check-in comment, you reached out to us on a separate thread (which came in as a new inquiry and not as a message from a booked guest). Usually, for new inquiries, we have 24 hours to respond to them and that's why your early check in request did not receive an immediate response. Also, the front lock is programmed to work with the code shared with you only 30 mins before your check in time and that's why you weren't able to get in hours before the actual check in time. If we had received the early check in request on the actual thread you made the booking, we would have definitely made sure you had access to the property. Hope we can host you again in the future.

It was just as we expected it to be. Clean and well stoked. Only recommendation would be to bring your own laundry detergent.

Rooms were clean and roomy, kitchen was well-stocked, and they have a converted garage/ weight room/ game room to fight off boredom. It was close to a venue we had to be at so the location was perfect for us. We had a blast playing the games at the house- Jenga and Yahtzee.

I think there was an issue with VRBO and not necessarily the host but we did have trouble checking in. We never recieved the check in process so we didn’t have access for a couple of hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Thankfully VRBO support was finally able to help as the host was flying and unable to be reached. However, they offered a voucher for our hassle and we still have no recieved that so it’s hard to not still be a bit disappointed in how things went down.

We had a wonderful stay here while in town for my stepdaughter’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. My mother and stepfather came along for the weekend, and this home was perfect for our family.The property was exactly as described, very clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The beds and seating were cozy, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was also a quick and easy drive to campus, which made graduation weekend so much less stressful.The backyard was such a nice bonus! There were outdoor games available that looked like they would have been a lot of fun, but our weekend was packed and we simply ran out of time to enjoy them.The only small thing we missed was having tissues available (a very minor detail ). Otherwise, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place to any family looking for a great place to stay close to the University of Arkansas campus.
