House Rules:
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (If a party takes place then guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately and the local authorities will be notified)
- No smoking anywhere INSIDE the property
- No pets (If a pet is brought then a $1,000 fee will be charged)
- No exterior loud noise between 10pm-7am (HOA bylaws and after hours noise is monitored by HOA)
- Age Requirement to book is 25 and the booking guest MUST be present at the property at all times.
- If there are damages to the hot tub, games in the game room, etc. you will be charged the cost to fix it.
- Refunds are only issued for mandatory government evacuations. Please make sure to book travel insurance.
- By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk bed, hot tub, steam room and all other amenities and items provided. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the hot tub or steam room without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub and sauna is restricted to guests aged 6 and older and must be accompanied by adult supervision.
