Property is not in a good area of town and unsafe! We would not feel comfortable staying there!

I understand your concern, but I would like to clarify that the property is located very close to New Haven City Center and is within walking distance of downtown. There is also a police station directly across from the building, which provides an additional level of security in the immediate area. We have hosted many guests at this property and have not received similar feedback regarding the location or safety of the neighborhood. We certainly respect your personal feelings, but describing the property simply as being in an “unsafe area” does not reflect the experience or feedback we have received from our other guests. We always want our guests to feel comfortable and safe during their stay, and we take any genuine safety concern seriously.

a really good location and good price for 3 bedrooms. The floors were a little dirty, we needed a 2nd roll of TP (the roll provided was not full), and we would have preferred to have top sheets. The towels and toiletries were a nice touch.
