Summary:

Windward is an extravagant villa spanning two levels and situated on Cooper Hill in the esteemed Sandy Lane Estate. The property boasts five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning, and six and a half bathrooms in total. The villa is enveloped by meticulously manicured gardens spreading over 1.5 acres, which hold hidden seating areas to provide guests with a serene escape.



Windward is a gated property featuring a foyer entrance and a separate courtyard entrance. The main entrance foyer leads to a grand double staircase with a wrought iron railing, which leads to the master suite, study, and two additional bedrooms. A powder room is located by the foyer.



All bedroom suites feature cable TV, safes, ceiling fans, and air conditioning, and the en-suite bathrooms feature double vanities, rain showers, and marble finishes. The master bedroom also has a large rain shower and a tub.



The main living area is open plan, with French doors that open onto a veranda which spans the length of the room, creating a spacious indoor/outdoor entertaining space. The veranda overlooks the garden and pool.



In addition to the villa, the property also has a separate building that houses a garage, gym, and storeroom.



Guests at Windward enjoy exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, which has private, secure parking and offers services such as beach loungers, umbrellas, complimentary WiFi, and bathroom/shower facilities. A full bar is also available on site for purchasing drinks, lunch, and light snacks. If preferred, the cook can prepare a picnic lunch packed in a cooler for guests to take to the beach.
