This is a modern and cool small Villa that has two bedrooms with a balcony and a spectacular view of the lake. There is a domestic employee that takes care of the villa.

It has a small but complete kitchen with a living area, hot tub, dining area and a communal pool.

Located three hours from Guatemala City, ten minutes from Panajachel and five from Santa Catarina Palopo, It is accesible by car. There are parking spaces for two cars and it is inside a condominium.

Canceled the morning of the reservation

The host canceled this reservation once our group had already arrived to the lake on a long, holiday weekend, making it impossible for us to find alternative accommodations. VRBO did nothing to remedy the situation. I strongly recommend NOT booking this place, as you may be put in a similar situation.
