Big roomy lovely house with huge fenced back yard. Everything about this stay was perfect for my adult children, some of my grandchildren and I to be together for a long weekend in Clovis, NM and to attend a family affair. Highly recommend it

We had a great stay and would 100% stay here again. The house was much bigger than expected, pretty clean, and had a great layout for our family. The huge fenced backyard was a favorite, and our kids loved having room to play. It was also great for our dogs, although guests with very small dogs should watch the larger gaps near the gate and be mindful of the grapevines and any fallen grapes.We did have one very serious and unusual issue when we found an open package of rat poison underneath the living room rug. With young children and dogs, this was extremely concerning. The owner responded immediately, seemed genuinely shocked, and offered to send someone to help. We truly believe this was an isolated, one time incident and not something she knew about. She handled it very well once notified.A few additions would make the house even better, including a vacuum, a nonskid pad under the rug, bathroom window coverings, a full length mirror, a chair near the high downstairs bed, and patio furniture. The beds are quite firm, which may be helpful to know. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this home again.
