2BR Cottage in the center of West Palm Beach

** Please note that the homeowner lives on site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay **

**Absolutely NO PARTIES or GET-TOGETHERS. Cottage is to only accommodate no more than 4 Adults**

Private cottage on an acre that is completely fenced in and gated. Cottage is perfect for only a small family or 2 couples.

Main living area has TV with Netflix, table tennis for your enjoyment and sitting area for quiet dinners. We also have some snorkeling sets you can borrow while enjoying your stay. Kitchen has a double burner cooktop, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Margaritaville blender and a Keurig for your morning coffees.

BEDROOMS:

Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, sitting area, large closet and dresser.

Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed and dresser.

We had a good stay at this charming cottage. There were no wine glasses or extra blankets, which were provided the next day. I do recommend that you provide beach stuff such as towels, umbrella and beach chairs in the future. There were only 4 set of china / mugs which meant we had to wash them every night for the next day. Thanks.

There was a hiccup with the check in information not coming through via email, but the owner responded immediately to text and it was all sorted out quickly. The ping pong table was fun. Beds were comfy and the decor was charming. We would stay again.

Cute and clean beach cottage!

We stayed at the cottage for 4 nights prior to departing on a cruise. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze with the keypad. The cottage was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay! It was so convenient having use of the washer and dryer! Very cute place! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

This house was absolutely perfect for us, so well decorated, so clean. Quiet location, but close to everything. Comfy beds, ping pong table, Netflix, and the snorkeling equipment were a huge plus! Loved the yard and variety of plants. Will probably rent it again next year we loved it that much!

A Slice of Tropical Paradise

This cozy private retreat is the perfect location for a short stay in West Palm Beach. 4 grown adults had a blast and rang in the New Year with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable large beds, and a Ping song Table that we just couldn’t resist. Clean and modern with hosts that were so warm and friendly, you won’t find a better spot for the price. Thank you for helping us create memories for a lifetime. We would love to get more information about your VRBO in North Carolina.

Just right

Stayed here overnight for a concert at iThink amphitheater. It was perfect location 15 minutes away. Unit was very clean. Bedsheets were nice, soft and comfy. Full washer and dryer if you need it and all kitchen amenities, toaster oven microwave stove top not that we needed them. Even have a ping-pong table and a bunch of games if you get bored. Loved all the mature landscaping around the property. Would rent the unit again definitely!

Great place

Everything was clean and the place had the cutest, coziest decor. Host was extremely responsive to all messages. I do wish that coffee had been provided, there was a keurig along with 2 random k cups that seemed to be left by previous guests. Also the toilet paper was the super cheap 1 ply stuff that hurts to use, we ended up buying our own roll. Overall a great, clean place in a quiet neighborhood.

Property was not ready then was canceled

We arrived at property at 22:30 hrs. Communication up to this point was fine. When we arrived the property was not ready, then a neighbor became verbally upset with us that we were there!!! Very frightening! Minutes later, I got an alert on my phone that our reservation was cancelled and we were issued a complete refund. We were left without a place to stay, nowhere to put our groceries , and were forced to find somewhere else to stay at 11 PM!

The price was fair for what we found when we stayed. Check-in was rough because the gate was inadvertently closed blocking our entry. No one responded to our emails or calls for several minutes..After 9 hr drive with a 9 month old we were done, then to be unable to get in?! The cleanliness was poor. The things that set off the ick factor include black mold in coffee pot, dirty glasses in cabinet, shower floor looked moldy, dust was all over fronts of dressers, live bugs crawling on floor, insect egg casing hanging from ceiling. Furniture and decor were nice, rooms were spacious, parking was good, beds were comfortable.
