About this property

PRIVATE 2BR GUESTHOUSE: Food Hub & Easy Freeway Access in Southwest Houston

Location: Dive into Houston’s Best International Food

Welcome to the dynamic center of Southwest Houston, where all the action is! Food lovers, this is your paradise. You are just minutes from the most popular and authentic international cuisine—from Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean, to Mexican and American favorites, along with trendy teahouses and supermarkets. Everything you need is close by!

Comfort & Convenience Inside

We've designed this space for total comfort for up to 4 guests:

• Custom Climate Control: While we have central $HVAC$, we installed two wall AC/Heating units (one in each bedroom) so you can set your perfect temperature, no matter the season.
• Endless Hot Water: Say goodbye to cold showers! Our tankless water heater system ensures continuous, unlimited hot water.
• Your Own Space: This is a standalone house on a shared lot, offering you all the comfort and freedom of your own place.

A Note on the Neighborhood & Noise

As we are right in the middle of this popular and dynamic hub, the surrounding area is very lively and active. While the guesthouse's location in the backyard provides great separation, please note that we share the lot with the main house, and guests may occasionally hear activity or gatherings from neighbors.

If you want the ultimate privacy and comfort while being in the center of all the action, this is your perfect Houston escape!

Host was amazing & friendly! Very fast on communication.Had issues with one of bedroom door, it wouldn’t close properly. Missing shower head but host did let me know in advance the day of my reservation but would’ve still been nice to have had one.Decent size yard if you plan on taking your fur baby.

About the host

Hosted by Camy Tran

Host profile image
Hi there, we're Camy and Tuan, and we’re thrilled to share our home with you.

For eight years, hosting hasn't just been a business for us—it's been a passion. We started hosting because we genuinely believe the best way to travel is to skip the impersonal hotel and find a cozy, comfortable place that truly feels like home. We want to give you that same feeling of warmth and relaxation that we look for when we stay in someone else’s space.

Our Houston Roots:
Houston runs deep in our family! Tuan is a proud Houston native, and Camy has called this city home for nearly 20 years. What keeps us here is Houston’s incredible diversity and dynamic energy.

We look forward to welcoming you to our little retreat in the heart of the action!

Why they chose this property

We chose this exact neighborhood because, frankly, we are obsessed with Asian food! If there’s a new Vietnamese restaurant, a secret Korean BBQ spot, or the best Chinese dim sum—we know about it.

Consider us your local guides to the Southwest International District's famous culinary scene. If you need any recommendations—from where to find the best pho to the quickest route to the freeway—please don't hesitate to reach out.
