Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Right at Playhouse Square and walkable to concerts and games and much more. Right by CSU as well. The unit has everything you need to feel right at home. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We aim to deliver a 5 star stay for each guest. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness in the unit. Which to me makes or breaks a stay.

The host was very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful and clean. I would suggest a security guard at the main entrance of the building. There were multiple times that our group felt unsafe outside. We were followed by random people up to the door and they would attempt to follow us into the building. Seems to be a high crime area.

The place has potential, but felt like it was rushed to get to rent. The host was not responsive and had to be goaded into providing access information. The bathrooms were not stocked with showering amenities. I had to plumb a toilet the moment I got there before use. Two cabinet knobs in kitchen pulled out upon opening and I just ended up tightening all of them as the rest were barely hanging on. Also had to fix the kitchen spout as it was leaking above the nozzle when in use. There appears to be a missing screen door as soon as you enter exposing the water heater and is an eye sore to an otherwise decent place. A threshold is missing between the tile entry and the vinyl living room and creates a tripping hazard. No information about the place was made available (WiFi availability, gym access, etc). The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not a complaint, but a note, the bed and pillows are very firm (I appreciated this). The shower head had weak pressure (probably a building issue rather than unit problem). There is plenty of street noise given its location, but the blackout curtains were helpful for sleep. Very walkable too Playhouse District and arenas/downtown or Cleveland St if attending for a school function.

You didn’t mention that I allowed you to check in early by 3 hours and did not charge you. I always provide check in info the day of check in you didn’t goad me into sending anything. You just wanted the info before I usually send it out. Yes, my cleaners did not restock the toiletries as they should have. And as soon as you messaged me about it I had the items delivered within 30 minutes. I knew you were going to leave a negative review before you even arrived it’s like you were looking for things to say. Which is wild to me. And how I knew you were going to leave a negative review is you had vrbo call me about the check in info the day before your arrival and you had not even messaged me to ask me to send you the info early. It’s guests like you that make hosts like me not want to be accommodating to guests with early check in I also provided you with free parking. But kudos to you for trying to put someone down.
