Fantastic place for family travel

I brought my family and my parents from China to this place. The host is really nice and friendly, always responsive. The furniture are brand nice, internet is fast, utilities are user friendly including full kitchen, laundry, air conditions. The big balcony allows my parents to rest nicely for nap in the afternoon with fresh air outside. Also you have full access to the gym and swimming pool on level 1. The tram stop is literally outside the main entrance. So convenient to travel around in Melbourne CBD. I highly recommend this place for both family stay and travels. There is no other places better than this for a peaceful family gathering experience. The host is extremely nice, friendly and responsive.

Great location, great apartment, and great host. Loved the easy communication from the host, and the apartment was very nice aswell.

Great location, great layout, very spacious for 4 adults! Robert was a fantastic communicator too!

The property was well priced, fantastic location for what we needed (formula 1 weekend) which was access to the trams to get to the formula 1. Plenty of space for 4 adults and Robert was lovely allowing us to drop the bags to the room before the apartment was cleaned. The only constructive feedback would be that the photos don’t reflect the state of the apartment to date. The carpets are very stained, the lounge and chair is stained as are the cushions. They could do with all being replaced as I don’t think a professional clean would fix it. If that was updated, we would stay again! Everything else was fantastic.

The location is great, the layout is excellent, and the balcony is awesome. Tha appointments to the apartment could be improved, which I assume will occur as the owner was keenly interested in my feedback.
