Great location- a block from the Silver Star development which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 5 minute walk to the elevator takes you to the Silver Star lift where you can purchase your lift tickets and avoid the crowds at the base of the Resort. The light and airy unit backs up to cross country skiing at the White Pine Touring and across the street from great snowshoeing trails. If you wish to ski elsewhere in the valley or explore Main Street, the free Park City shuttle stops across the street from the parking lot. If you have a car, there is free parking directly in front of the unit. The interior of the unit is large, fully equipped and very cozy. The platinum-rated unit has all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted paneled ceilings. The well stocked kitchen has an island that seats four and a table that seats eight. We have views of the mountains and cross-country skiing which can be enjoyed from any of the unit's three decks. A large hot tub is well situated and very private. Eight sleep comfortably here – it is perfect for two families. There are three bedroom suites – one on each of the three floors. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The unit has five flat screen TVs, WIFI and a gas fireplace in the living room. The entrance to the unit is on the ground floor and there are no long set of stairs to walk up. There is also a large mud room at the front entrance to store skis and other equipment, and a washer and dryer.
We provide a concierge at your disposal as needed. She will even stock your unit with food and spirits for a small fee.
Our rental rates are reasonable and far less than charged by commercial management companies. We charge a standard cleaning fee. We do not charge a variable host fee. A deposit and rental agreement is required. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival.

This place was great. Ski-in/ ski-out and the bus stop to get into town was right across the street. I’ve never rented a place with so many amenities. Stocked with all the essential kitchen accessories including a coffee grinder! The hot tub was big and the place had a grill. Couldn’t ask for much more.
This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had. Plenty of supplies like laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher soap. Great location for the bus and beautifully kept inside.
Everything was excellent! Our host was very accommodating when we requested an early check-in. The unit was well-appointed, perfect for 3 couples, and the location near the Silver Star chair lift and bus stop into town was so convenient. We really appreciated the supplies, spices and other grocery items in the well-stocked kitchen. We had no issues with the hot water, and did use the hot tub. All in all, an absolutely wonderful time (even though the snow/skiing was disappointing). We would definitely stay here again!!!
Everything stood out. Very well kept place. There was a lot of extra touches and things to make our stay so much more enjoyable. Like small humidifiers in each room, they had air dryers for gloves. And just such a nice area in the front entry to organize all your ski equipment. The ability to adjust the temperature in different rooms at different levels that is something that I’ve never been able to do at any other locations. I’ve been at over the years. The kitchen was extremely well stocked.
Literally is a 5 min walk to the Silver Star lift. Go past the bus stop, up the elevator, and you are at the Silver Star lift. The place suited our family of 8 perfectly and we loved having a private hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!
House was comfortable and cozy! Less than a 10 minute walk up to Silver star lift. Convenient location for groceries, ski rentals, and restaurants. Hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.
The property was clean and the check-in process was easy. The property was well-stocked with some basic groceries and bathroom amenities. The owner left restaurant recommendations and was nice to deal with. We will definitely stay here again on our next family trip.

Good place, but could do with some of the nicer touches
Would recommend the property. Location is excellent and the accomodation was very comfortable. That said, to get 5 stars not 4 would require a focus on some of the smaller items such as decent shampoo/toiletries - friends of ours rented across the way and these smaller niceties added to their experience.

Rob - Thanks for your comments. I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation and the location of my unit. I'm sorry you were disappointed that I didn't provide toiletries. I let guests know in my helpful hints that, because the property is owner managed and not managed by a paid management company, they should pack their own toiletries. I like to think the personal touches of my house, including a well equipped kitchen, allow guests to feel as if they are staying at a friends' house and not at a hotel. Kelly
Condo was clean and homey. Location was great, easy walk to bus stop and ski lift. Kitchen was well stocked and beds and couch were comfortable. We had 8 adults during our one week stay and we all felt like we had enough space to be together and also still have our own space. The 4 full bathrooms were a plus! We loved the private hot tub, which was cleaned during our stay. Both the property manager and the owner were very responsive with my questions. We would definitely stay here again!
Great property! Fully stocked kitchen, clean, great hot tub with powerful jets, ideal location to the silver star lift and cool moose decor. All paper products were provided. Two king sized beds were ideal and hard to come by. Would definitely stay here again!

Conviently located near the bus stop and an easy walk to an elevator that takes you to the Silver Star lift. Enjoyed the hot tub. It had good jets. We used the new looking washer and dryer and the glove driers were nice to have. All 4 couples in our group were very satisfied.
The unit has 4 good size bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The walk to the Silverstar lift was not bad. Note that there is no place to put shoes at the bottom of Silverstar, so you do need to walk over in your ski boots. Overall, it was a fun and comfortable place to stay. We would consider staying again.
We were group of 4 guys for 3 day ski trip. This property was perfect. 4br/bath gave everyone there own space. Bedrooms are comfortable. Living space could feel a bit tight with 8 adults. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Plenty of paper products and some starter supplies made our stay more comfortable. Laundry equipment looked new. Fireplace and hot tub were great for after skiing. Property was a short walk to Silver Star lift, which never had a line. You would walk further using resort parking lot. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Great unit!! Everything was exactly as described and more. Kitchen has everything needed to cook any meal with plenty of extras left from previous guests. Gas grill was great for quick grill meals. Mud room was perfect for hanging ski clothes and equipment, in addition the unit has 2 boot dryers. Easy walk to Silver Star lift and highly recommend renting equipment from Silver Star Sport. They allow storing if skis overnight and street shoes during the day, then a couple steps and your at the lift. The couple times I called the property manager for simple questions, she answered promptly. We rented a SUV and there was always a parking spot, no matter the time we came back to the unit from being out and about. Definitely will stay there again!!
Very nice, clean and convenient ski condo. A short walk to the Silver Star lift, which fortunately opened for the first time this season on our first ski day. Condo was roomy and comfortable for us, a group of 4 guys, plus dinners with another 4 who stayed in a nearby condo. Hot tub was great. Gas grill was used twice and came in handy. Beds were comfortable. A great choice for us!
Great experience at a beautiful condo fully stocked for a great week. Only issue is the silver star lift across the street is never open and parking at park city fills up very early as the 2 lots are really small.
We had a great time in Park City, and the VRBO was definitely a highlight! It was clear, had everything we needed for meals and was located close to the mountain. We had a minor issue with the water, but the host was organized and quickly addressed it so it was very little of an inconvenience. The pics don’t do it justice & I would definitely recommend!

Our family has spent years of summer and winter vacations in the Mountain West. Park City is our favorite place at all times of the year and, after many years of visiting, have finally decided to make it our second home. It offers a variety of skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Park City has great restaurants and every convenience, including easy access to the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Why they chose this property
We were looking for a quiet home that was cozy and comfortable. It is the perfect place for lounging after a long day of skiing. Park City Mountain Resort feels like it is right across the street and it is so easy to get around Park City. We walk everywhere – to the ski life, to Old Town, to the base of mountain. And, if we don’t feel like walking, the quick and easy Park City bus is right across the street allow us to connect to everything the valley has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We wanted convenience – we didn’t want to truck up flights of stairs to bring in groceries or take our boots off and store our skis. And, we wanted to be close to all Park City has to offer in a quiet location. Our home is more horizontal than many ski homes – the mudroom laundry, kitchen, dining room, family room and a bedroom (along with two full bathrooms) are all on the main floor. A second master with a full bath is on the second floor, as is the third bedroom with a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed and small private bath. Unlike many other Payday units, our house does not have any lofts. All bedrooms are private.
