A newly completed access road allows guests to reach the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola on the new Mayflower East Village side of the resort in about 6 minutes, making this neighborhood a rising favorite for Deer Valley visitors. You'll also enjoy quick drives to Park City Mountain, about 10 minutes away. And while the home sits just outside the bustle of downtown, you can reach Park City's historic Main Street in roughly 11 minutes, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

The Primary King Suite offers a private ensuite bath, while the additional King and Queen Suites share an adjacent full bathroom. The lower-level bunk room features both a Twin-over-Twin and a Twin-over-Full bunk, along with its own ensuite bath. A powder room is conveniently located on the main level. For added flexibility, the home includes two Twin sleeper chairs (one in the Primary King Suite and one in the bunk room) each converting into a comfortable Twin bed.

The property is outfitted with TV streaming on flat-screens in every room, high-speed internet, central air conditioning, a rocky mountain–style fireplace, and expansive windows that frame open-space views and nearby hiking and biking trails.
