Relaxing in our lakefront villa, directly on Lake McCoy, a clear, spring-fed lake that is the perfect temperature all year round! You can also enjoy your breathtaking lanai, private balcony, the pool, private dock, grill and canoe! Keeping in mind you have direct views of the lake from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom!

Arbor Cove is a great place to relax, recharge and just minutes away from downtown Lake Placid, FL. You can enjoy the scenic views, the 100+ lakes in the county and the laid back charm of this town that was voted “America’s Most Interesting Town.”

Your townhouse comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, as well as a list of local menus and venues.

HOUSE DETAILS: House has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an oversized garage. The master suite has breathtaking views of the crystal clear, Lake McCoy. The master offers an oversized closet, private bath, his and her granite sinks, walk in shower with a separate jacuzzi tub. The second room upstairs has a queen size bed, its own private balcony, a tv and a large closet, as well as a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The third room upstairs has a queen bed. All furnishings and bedding are all new. We also provide a baby gate, Pack 'N Play, and puzzles, toys, board games, and books for adults and children.

GUEST ACCESS: This lake house get away is centrally located. It’s a peaceful ride to Sebring (15 mins), Disney/Orando(1.5hr), Busch Gardens/Tampa(1.5hrs), Bok Tower/Lake Wales and Fort Myers/Naples(1.5hrs). Or you can stay put on your private lake, enjoy one of the local golf courses.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Our villa is located in the Arbor Cove, which is comprised up of 6 two story villas, just minutes away from downtown Lake Placid, FL. Sebring is 15 minutes North and has many shops, restaurants, theatres. Sebring is the home of Sebring International Speedway and Sebring Regional Airport. (Fort Myers/RSW is closest international airport.) I highly suggest an Asian massage and lunch on the Inn at the Lakes on your way back to relax in your own little slice of paradise.

PET POLICY: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this time.

Great quiet getaway!

Beautiful home on peaceful lake. Nice small beach area and the pool is definitely a plus! Not much to do around the area but easy 15 min drives out of town for dining or a day trip toward Winterhaven for fun water sport activities for the family! House was very clean and I love the decor and overall set up of the house. Lastly, the hosts are very kind and readily available!

Lake Placid 2023

Condo is very nice. Route 27 is very close, therefore noisy. Owner’s personal items are prevalent throughout the property, such as their robes hanging on the bedroom door and the refrigerator and cupboards with lots of food. We had great neighbors and enjoyed our trip very much.

Horrible experience. Pubic hairs in the bedding, bugs all over, dirty, not cleaned, moldy shower curtains. Just a piss poor experience with an owner who would rather refund 150 instead of having the place cleaned. All in all I would highly suggest you never rent this place

We do apologize for this experience. We had an issue with the housekeeper which has since been resolved with a new one. We did contact the previous housekeeper during the stay, but they were unable to clean during those dates. We were very responsive to the renter letting them know the housekeeper could not make it, and we would refund money as an apology. As you can see from all other reviews, our property is typical well received and thoroughly prepared for renters.

Incredible host!

I work for a disaster recovery company who found ourselves in the Lake Placid area after Hurricane Ian. We struggled for a while trying to find places to house approximately 40 employees but happened to luck out finding this property. While I did not physically stay at this property myself, Sean was incredibly helpful and attentive during our team’s two week stay. He even went out of his way to check on my team multiple times during their stay as well as providing us with more efficient travel routes into the areas they were working in each day. Sean graciously allowed our company to rent their home all while dealing with his own aftermath of the hurricane. I heard nothing but good things from my employees who stayed at the property and the pictures I saw from my team on the ground looked lovely! Thanks again, Sean, for your hospitality and if I ever find myself in the area, I’ll hopefully be able to have a stay with you guys, myself!

Had a great week. Host was awesome and quick to respond with any questions we had. Nice fishing lake, recommend having a boat to get the most out of the fishing. Nice neighbors. Met a couple friends that were staying in other units. Pool overlooks lake with a small beach. Very nice place, highly recommend it!

Nice relaxing weekend at Lake McCoy!

My dad and I had a lovely weekend relaxing in the screen patio and by the pool. Although the pool isn't "private" it was always available and clean. We didn't have a lot of time to explore, but the location is great for seeing each coast and the Orlando area. It's about a 1.5 hour drive in either direction.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great property. Clean, and very nice in a great location on a small lake. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a fabulous screened in patio with comfortable furniture over looking the lake. Price is great and the owner is fast and easy to communicate.
