All pets, including dogs and cats, are not accepted.

*CELL PHONE NETWORK*
Please note that depending on your provider, the cell network will be weak or non-existent at the cottage. In general, guests have between 1 and 2 bars on their devices.

*NOISES*
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

*OUTDOOR FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor wood-burning firepit available. Guests must bring their own firewood, kindling, and a lighter. Wood can be purchased nearby—details are provided in the Guest Manual.
The outdoor firepit is not plowed from November to April. If you wish to use it during the winter, you are responsible for clearing access.

*SPA*
The spa is available year-round. Guests must bring their own towels for spa use. Occupancy is 3 people maximum.

*CHALET RULES*
Please review the `House Rules` section in the ad and confirm that you agree to them before booking.

*LAKE ACCESS*
Guests may use the designated descent between the trees to access the lake (no dock access). Please note that the rest of the lakefront is private property — walking around the lake or accessing other areas is not permitted. Swimming is allowed from the designated access point only.
1. Check-in can be done any time after 4:00 PM. The latest check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can request an earlier check-in than 4:00 PM or a check-out after 11:00 AM, but we cannot guarantee this request and we will only provide you with an official response 24 hours in advance.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the chalet. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. Smoking is also prohibited within 10 meters of the chalet, and you must dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly and respectfully.

4. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

5. Parties and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund. We have noise detection systems outside the chalet.

6. If the chalet is left in a mess, we will charge an additional $40 per hour per housekeeper to clean up afterward. We appreciate it when guests wash their dishes before checkout or run the dishwasher.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness occurring in the cabin. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Guests acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in the event of such an occurrence.

8. If more guests than the number originally stated in the reservation sleep at the cabin, we will apply a $500 penalty and request that the initial number of guests stated in the reservation be respected from then on. Children under 2 years of age are not counted as guests.

9. If you notice anything that poses a danger that could cause harm to the property or people, please let us know immediately.

11. If you delay the housekeeping staff, you will be charged $50 at checkout. This fee applies to all late checkouts between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Any guest remaining on the premises after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
