Enjoy coastal living in this newly-furnished, immaculate one-bedroom apartment located in a beachfront home. The lower-level unit has its own private entrance, with shared access to an oceanfront porch.
This well-appointed apartment includes a queen bedroom, separate office with desk (great for remote work), and a full kitchen with dining area. Cable TV included, and you may use smart TV apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) if you log in with your subscription.
Location Highlights:
Your apartment faces the marsh, and you're welcome to use the oceanfront porch on the opposite side of the house to take in the ocean views.
Beach Access:
The property's beach stairs are up for winter (3-foot gap to beach level) and isn’t cleared of ice or snow in the winter. Any beach access from property is at your own risk. The apartment is located just 0.25 miles from excellent public beach access at Wallis Sands State Beach and Pirate's Cove Beach.

Note: The main house is owner-occupied; the apartment is on the lower level and has a separate entrance for complete privacy.
