By booking this property, you agree to pay for electricity consumption after check-out. Payment will be requested via the app to make sure everything is documented properly for both guests and hosts.

We'll take a meter reading upon check-in and then upon check-out. The readings can also be checked throughout your stay. You are only charged for electricity from the moment you check-in, to the moment you leave the property for the final time rounded to nearest 15 minutes.

For reference, guests usually pay from $3-$10 USD per day. This will vary depending on your consumption. We've A/C inverter to maximize comfort and savings for our guests. Turn off air conditioners and water heating(boiler) when you leave.
