Good but far from luxury

Great layout, and outdoor area, lovely little extras such as soaps, fresh outdoor candles, drinks in outdoor fridge. Well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately house is tired & needs maintenance. Bedding, towels, fixtures are very worn to be described as luxury. Level of cleanliness (other than pool & spa which were thankfully immaculate) needs to dramatically improve to also be described as luxury.
