150 metres and you are on the sand of Sunshine Beach -with life-saving patrols & "off-leash" dog areas both north and south. Hot & Cold outdoor shower.
Catering for families with up to 10 guests.
The main house has 3 x generous KING bedrooms + sleepout and Queen Sofabed with 3x bathrooms. Master ensuite with double rain head style showers over spa. Main with a separate bath, shower, and large vanity. Small 3rd bathroom with shower, WC & Vanity. The 4th Shower is an outdoor hot& cold water with a hose diverter for people & pets to rinse downs after beach romps.
2 x Large living areas and various great outdoor deck spaces.
Wonderful social kitchen with gas cooktop central island bench and sandstone servery with French doors leading to BBQ deck, outdoor living area with dining for 8 and relaxing sunloungers

Penny is a fantastic host, always answers any queries immediately and keeps Summer Salt in great condition. The house is perfect for our family and had all the amenities we wanted. In addition the location is perfect, a short walk to the beautiful beach, close to shops, tennis, an outdoor Olympic size pool and a short drive to some beautiful locations. This our second time staying at Summer Salt and we hope to go again next year.

A great facility for our party of thirteen. The heated pool was a bonus, and was well used. The proximity to Sunshine beach was a great asset, and the facilities inside were well used, including the pool table, and other games.The bedding arrangements were excellent, and the kitchen/ dining areas were very well equipped to cater for our large party. My extended family very much enjoyed our stay at Summer Salt. There was more than enough room for us all, with little pockets we could have our own privacy if needed. All of the necessary facilities were within walking distance and the access to the beach was fabulous. The yard was a great space for our activities as well. It would have been nice to stay outside after 9pm but understand the restrictions given proximity to permanent residents.

Fantastic property that had everything we needed for a family holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy multiple activities in separate areas of the house. The house and outside property was very clean and extremely well appointed. The beds, bedding, linen, towels were of a very high quality as well as the kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery. Penny our host was so very accommodating and fantastic at communicating making time to meet my specific requests regarding sleeping arrangements and supply of baby/toddler essentials. I would certainly recommend this property to people with a large family of all ages.

Beautiful home in a convenient & quiet location

This home didn’t feel like a holiday house at all. It’s extremely well equipped and maintained to a high standard. The layout of the bedrooms gives everyone privacy, and being all on one level makes it easy with luggage etc. There was nothing whatsoever that we needed help with concerning the house, but Penny answered queries about the local area immediately. This is probably the loveliest holiday house I have stayed in - and my brother & his partner (visiting from the UK) both said the same thing. We all had a wonderful time….as did my two golden retrievers.
