This is a beautiful thoughtfully equipped house for a family well appointed and up to date the kids loved the pool and had enough pool towels to keep them dry all day! Location is perfect few minutes from my fav eating spot Der Dutchman and close to beach.

Excellent property! The host was super responsive and very helpful. The pool was clean and inviting with great poolside seating for the adults and toys for the kids. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and there was everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach supplied!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! The location was perfect - safe and not too far from Walgreens/Publix, etc. Drives to the beach were easy. Everything in this home was thoughtfully planned out with guests in mind, from the lightweight breathable bedding, ceiling fans in each bedroom, equipped kitchen, bikes for the nearby trail, and everything you need for a day at the beach. The layout of this home is great for a family. The backyard pool area was perfection, with comfortable, clean modern seating. Kids loved the pool, too. The host, Valerie, was amazing - I have nothing but good things to say. She was quick to reply and truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. The pool guy was great, too! Very friendly and respectful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was perfect for our family Spring Break trip.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet and quaint neighborhood. I like it because it is an easy bike ride to coffee shops, pizza shops, restaurants and it is a short drive to the beach as well as downtown. Downtown Sarasota is so beautiful and so many fun things to do.

What makes this property unique

Our home is so perfect to relax and unwind. Early mornings drinking coffee poolside is a favorite!
