The lower level is all about entertainment featuring a full game room with a pool table, arcade machine, and Smart TV. Just steps away, unwind in the bubbling outdoor hot tub surrounded by peaceful forest views. Movie lovers will enjoy the dedicated theater room with surround sound and a King size sleeper sofa for a true cinematic experience.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed, Smart TV, balcony access
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, Smart TV, balcony, ensuite bath with jetted tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed, Smart TV, Jack & Jill bath with shower/tub combo
Bedroom 4/Game Room (Lower Level): Twin/Twin bunk, Smart TV, pool table, arcade, deck access, Jack & Jill bath

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the paved driveway directly in front of the property.
- Security Camera info: There is a one security camera at the front porch overlooking main entry door.
- Wifi: Due to the Smoky Mountains remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
- The gas fireplace is seasonal and available from October - March. During season, the pilot light will be on. Turn the timer past 10 minutes and the fireplace will light
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply. .
- 4X4 or AWD may be required in winter months
