Why they chose this property
We love that the Ocean Ritz condo is centrally located...close enough to the newer, extremely busy Pier Park area and midway to the older Thomas Dr area. We love that this is a large, family condo that is a low-density building, incredibly new elevators and the largest balconies in PCB !
What makes this property unique
The combination of the huge balconies (and views), size of the units (3/3 and 4/4), new elevators and central location can't be beat.
