The space
The Kaibab Casita is a unique and inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest suite offering an intimate retreat within the vibrant heart of Phoenix.

Entry is through a private sidewalk and gate into the standalone guest house nestled within the lush backyard.

The bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring solid wooden beams adorning the ceilings, creating a rustic yet contemporary ambiance. A comfortable king bed promises restful nights, setting you up for your Arizona adventures.

The bathroom, boasting incredible shower pressure and features and outdoor shower and bathtub for a relaxing experience.

A full kitchen equipped with a gas stove allows you to prepare your meals with ease. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, providing all the comforts of home during your stay.

We are pet-friendly and welcome your furry friends to enjoy the suite with you for an additional $120 pet fee due upon check-in.

As a delightful bonus, we have Dozer, an 80-year-old desert tortoise who lives on the premises. He's quite friendly and loves romaine lettuce and visits from our guests. This setup provides an exclusive yet connected experience, ideal for unwinding after exploring all that Phoenix has to offer.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the Kaibab Casita, which is a fully private guest house in the rear of the property. Entry is through a private sidewalk and gate through the citrus orchard and past the chicken coop.

Do remember to respect our quiet hours in the backyard from 10pm to 8am. And don't forget to say hello to Dozer, our friendly sulcata tortoise!

Other things to note
The Kaibab Casita is a standalone guesthouse with no shared spaces — you will not share the property, entrance, or grounds with anyone during your stay. It’s a fully private space designed for comfort, independence, and peace of mind.

Street parking is available directly in front of the property, alongside the sidewalk marked by wagon wheels, which makes it easy to find.
