We are located just 10 minutes from Snow Basin, 20 minutes to Nordic Valley, and 30 minutes to the heart of downtown SLC in the town of Mountain Green.

This is a well-appointed new construction townhome with beautiful mountain views, hiking right from your doorstep, and is located close to the neighboring towns of Morgan, Ogden, and Huntsville.

The place is pretty much brand new, very clean. Everything was pretty much perfect other than the HVAC from upstairs to downstairs was stark. A good 10-12 degrees difference in temperature. But other than that they were easy to work with and the place was great.
