Great property for couples

Property was not far from all the things to do in Santiago. The property well clean and stocked. The host addressed any needs of the property promptly. The owner checked to make sure everything was going well. This was my second stay at the property and look forward to future stays.

We had an excellent stay. The check in was easy and coordinated to meet the local property manager. He was accessible during our stay for any questions or concerns, which there were no concerns. The apartment is very conveniently located just off autopista duarte DR1. Convenient access to Santiago. The owner was very easy to work with as well.

Great location. I would stay again

The place was very nice and secure, there are three levels of security if that’s your concern. I wish the living room at AC because I sat outside most of the days on the balcony. I would recommend replacing the Ac unit in the master bedroom because even after the service guy came it still had problems.also there are so great nightclubs that’s 2 minutes away if you are not trying to drive to the center.

Charming & Safe 3 Bedroom Condo

The condo is conveniently located in a safe area approximately 10min from center of town with 24hrs security. The condo is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The pictures are very accurate. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and accommodating. We had to check in early and the arrangement was honored with no issues. We felt as if we were home and will definitely book again.

Great location to visit Santiago

The property well maintained. The owner of the property made nice updates to the bathrooms and kitchen area page. The host was prompt in delivering the keys to the property. The owner of the property was most gracious in assisting me with providing a location to get my COVID test so I can return to the US. As for me that is going beyond to assist the guess. So, if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, I truly recommend this property. Restaurants and supermarkets are close to the property. The owner and supporting staff are excellent in what they do and making your stay enjoyable. I look forward to staying again.

Dulce was a very communicative host! Responsive quick! Enjoyed every single aspect of our stay! Will come back very soon! Highly recommend your stay at her place it is very close to the airport about 15 minutes away and close to the supermarket La Sirena 10 mins away there is a security gate with a a guard on the property and a additional security gate to the apartment. We was greeted by Bryan who was very informative, we didn't have to contact him throughout the stay because this apartment was very clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen. There was a washer, dryer, gym and pool on the property. The pictures are exactly how the apartment look I only needed one room but if I had another couple there would of been plenty of space each room had a fan and the Master a AC with a private bathroom the living room had a outside balcony attached. It felt like home. Me and my wife would definitely stay here again !

Upon arrival I called the contact in Santiago 7 times , waited almost 1 hour 30'minutes outside (85F) at the unit before he showed up and then when he did he acted as if nothing was wrong. My girl friend speaks Spanish which was the only way we could communicate. If you do not speak Spanish it will be an issue. NOT quiet. The unit is located pool side ground floor. I love bachata music but not in the morning when I am having coffee. The unit is open air so even if you go inside you hear the music from the locals. One room is air conditioned not the entire unit, only one of the bedrooms. Would not rent again.

Estubimos 8 noches en este apartamento. Descripcion es exacta como lo indica en la plataforma. Decoraciones muy moderna, cocina completamente equipada, camas muy comodas. Apartamento con vista a la piscina. Un plus para el gymnacio para aquellos que hacen ejercicios y me gusto mucho la segurida 24/7. Nuestra anfitrion Dulce es exelente y atenta a cualquier pregunta o nececidad Si vienes por largos dias solo traiga compras para cocinar y se sentira como si estan en casa. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Gracias Dulce y esperamos regresar pronto.
