*Conditions of stay*
-The main tenant must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for all other occupants as well as any damages.
-Self check-in from 5:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.
-The maximum capacity of the chalet (4) must be respected at all times.
-The condo is intended exclusively for vacation purposes.
-Parking spaces must be respected (no camping, RVs, or tents allowed).
*Not permitted*
-Parties, gatherings, or loud music.
-Pets.
-Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the chalet.
-Firecrackers, fireworks, or unauthorized outdoor fires.
*Respect for neighbors and environment*
-Noise must be kept low between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
*Hot Tub, BBQ and equipment*
-Follow all Hot Tub use guidelines (hygiene, safety, maximum capacity).
-Clean the BBQ after use, close the gas valve, and replace the cover once cooled.
-Use all bedding, towels, furniture, and equipment with care.
*Before departure*
-Remove bedding and place it near the washer.
-Gather towels and linens.
-Wash dishes and run the dishwasher.
-Empty the refrigerator and trash.
-Return furniture to its original place.
-Close all doors and windows.
*Natural Conditions and Access*
-The condo is located in a natural environment; weather conditions may affect road conditions and access to the condo, especially during winter.
-In the event of a power outage or a municipal service interruption, certain essential services may be temporarily affected.
-As the condo is located in a natural setting, the occasional presence of insects or small wildlife is possible despite regular inspections.
-Service providers may access the outdoor grounds when required (maintenance, snow removal, spa). No access to the interior will occur without your consent, except in case of emergency.
-As these situations are beyond our control, no refund, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided.
