This downstairs residence is part of a thoughtfully designed single home. The upper level is a completely separate unit and may also be occupied during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and the home was designed to allow guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently. The hot tub is shared with both rentals.
The lower level features a bright and open living area with two comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a table for six—perfect for playing games or relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure. The dining area also includes a table for six and is accented with beautiful field and floral artwork that adds a warm, inviting touch. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a kitchen island with seating for three. Guests will also appreciate the additional coffee station and desk nook with storage, ideal for remote work or extra prep space.
This level includes three cozy bedrooms, each featuring rustic mountain décor. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a large dresser, and a comfortable chair for reading or relaxing. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double closet, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a spacious closet. With quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout, guests will feel right at home.
The downstairs unit has two modern bathrooms. The primary ensuite features a beautifully tiled shower in warm marble tones, a vanity with single sink, and a toilet. The second bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, vanity, sink, toilet, and a large closet for added storage. All bathroom essentials are provided for guest convenience.
Additional amenities include a private side and back entrance and a laundry area with a washer and dryer, making this property well suited for longer stays. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained hot tub that is shared with the upstairs unit. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to relax, guests are asked to limit their soak time when others are waiting.
