Welcome to Punta Arena house in Pocitas, Mancora
Beautiful beach house facing the sea in Pocitas Mancora first row. With an unbeatable view making a painting frame.
On the first floor there are two private parking lots with lift doors. Guest bathroom. Spacious living and dining room with frontal view to the pool and sea, in addition to a large receipt and terrace. Kitchen very equipped and large, laundry and tendal. Room and bathroom for two nannies. Pool with: bar, wooden deck and armchairs with umbrellas. Large garden with full grill. Before the sea the house has a platform that is a salient deck with chairs and armchairs to enjoy even more the sunsets and beautiful sunrises. The house Punta Arena has unlimited Wi-Fi, cable TV, Jacuzzi in the main room, water system with cistern as well as elevated tank, three-phase electric power, light engine for emergencies and beautiful night lighting throughout the house and gardens.
On the second floor it has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 10 people, each with a bathroom and large closets and a standing and ceiling fan in each of them. Additionally there are two small sofa beds in total. In addition a cozy living room or family room with panoramic view of the ocean.

Why they chose this property
The property is perfectly located facing north, keeping it away from the wind, always getting the sun rays and offering a combo of sunrise and sunset on a daily basis. The Pocitas are just in front of the house where you will enjoy snorkeling and maby catch some fish to prepare at the outdoor grill. Ask Reynaldo to prepare a Pisco Sour.
What makes this property unique
Mancora is summer the whole year round, has a spoectacular whale watching season and all the caribean benefit without the caribean climate extremes, we adore the peruvian food and Rosa and Reynaldo will be sure you taste the best of it. There are many places to go and just staying home is more than one needs to make a perfect vacation with family and friends having fun.
