About this property

Beautiful beach house facing the sea in Pocitas Mancora first row. With an unbeatable view making a painting frame.
On the first floor there are two private parking lots with lift doors. Guest bathroom. Spacious living and dining room with frontal view to the pool and sea, in addition to a large receipt and terrace. Kitchen very equipped and large, laundry and tendal. Room and bathroom for two nannies. Pool with: bar, wooden deck and armchairs with umbrellas. Large garden with full grill. Before the sea the house has a platform that is a salient deck with chairs and armchairs to enjoy even more the sunsets and beautiful sunrises. The house Punta Arena has unlimited Wi-Fi, cable TV, Jacuzzi in the main room, water system with cistern as well as elevated tank, three-phase electric power, light engine for emergencies and beautiful night lighting throughout the house and gardens.
On the second floor it has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 10 people, each with a bathroom and large closets and a standing and ceiling fan in each of them. Additionally there are two small sofa beds in total. In addition a cozy living room or family room with panoramic view of the ocean.

Outstanding place to stay

we had a wonderful time staying at this property. The only small complain we would have is the checking in process. This may be due to our lack of speaking and understanding Spanish. There is no book that covers the check in process in either Spanish or English. Don't get me wrong, we were able to find out anything but it is mostly a process of questions and answers which is difficult for us since we do not speak Spanish. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return some day with our friends.

Sasha and I are a very close couple and we have worked hard throughout our lives and managed to have this beautiful property that we now want to share so that others can enjoy it as much as we do. We always return to enjoy it as we expect our guests will also.
We love to travel, be together and help out our children to manage through life. I could not live without the love of my wife and my children, or being unable to travel, or without working, as well as giving me space to enjoy our present without postponing it, always embracing an ideal. I love writing books, watching television, building, making plans, organizing trips, eating typical Peruvian food.
As a host we have some experience and we know of the needs and demands of different families in different countries, so we try to live up to their needs by providing solutions and good recommendations. Our saying is: It is not richer the more you have but the less you need.

Why they chose this property

The property is perfectly located facing north, keeping it away from the wind, always getting the sun rays and offering a combo of sunrise and sunset on a daily basis. The Pocitas are just in front of the house where you will enjoy snorkeling and maby catch some fish to prepare at the outdoor grill. Ask Reynaldo to prepare a Pisco Sour.

What makes this property unique

Mancora is summer the whole year round, has a spoectacular whale watching season and all the caribean benefit without the caribean climate extremes, we adore the peruvian food and Rosa and Reynaldo will be sure you taste the best of it. There are many places to go and just staying home is more than one needs to make a perfect vacation with family and friends having fun.
