Bathrooms: Two full, modern bathrooms ensure maximum comfort for groups.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen (Washer/Dryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine). You will even find an Air Fryer for quick, healthy meals.

The Noria area is one of my favorites in Marrakech — peaceful, secure, and surrounded by nature while remaining only 10–15 minutes from the airport, Medina, and city center. I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.
The residence is located just across from the Selman Hotel and near Noria Golf Club, with wide green spaces, easy parking, and a calm atmosphere ideal for families, couples, and business travelers.
