The Palms of Destin Association ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Requirements:
- All guests with an ESA must submit a letter from a licensed Doctor, Therapist, and / or Counselor stating the need for the individual's ESA and a current shot record prior to arrival
- If the above procedure is followed the ESA tag will be included in the check-in packet. We ask all guests to return the tag at checkout
- ESA are prohibited from the pool area, front desk area, conference rooms, coffee shop, playground, and all athletic facilities and courts
- All guests are required to pick-up after their pet and dispose of their waste in the dog stations located on property
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the unit owner being fined $100.00 a day. If false documentation is found, immediate removal will be required
